You got a new request with the ID {customer_details} for a quotation in {shop_name} by the following customer {customer_details}

You can study and answer this quotation in your backoffice in quotation module configuration.
Do not forget to change the quotation state from “Validated by the client” to “In study” during the time until you send a proposal.

To contact your customer, you can click the “Messages list” button from your quotation details.
