You can examine this quote request and respond to it in your backoffice in quotation module configuration.
Before responding to your customer and sending them an offer, don't forget to change the quote status from "Approved by customer" to "Under consideration".

To contact or respond to your customer, you can send a message by clicking on "Message History" in quotation detail.
